GAZA, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –At least 44 Palestinians have been killed since dawn on Saturday, as a result of Israeli airstrikes and shelling of various areas across the Gaza Strip, including 38 in Gaza City.

Medical sources reported that the death toll from the Israeli bombing of the Al-Jamla family home in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City has risen to nine, the majority of whom were children.

Five more Palestinians, including two girls, were killed in an airstrike targeting the home of the brother of the director of Al-Shifa Hospital, Muhammad Abu Salmiya, in the Al-Shati refugee camp, including his brother.

In the central Gaza Strip, one civilian was killed and ten others were injured in an airstrike targeting citizens east of the Nuseirat refugee camp.

One civilian was also killed and others waiting for aid were injured when Israeli forces opened fire near an aid center north of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
