JERUSALEM, October 26, 2026 (WAFA) – The number of Palestinians injured by Israeli army gunfire in the Qalandiya refugee camp, north of Jerusalem, rose to three on Monday evening, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
The PRCS said its crews treated a 17-year-old boy who was shot in the foot with live ammunition in the course of an Israeli army raid into the camp and transferred him to hospital.
Meanwhile, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that a Palestinian sustained an injury with rubber-coated metal bullets while another sustained a gunshot wound to the foot.
Earlier this evening, the occupation forces barged their way into the camp, with snipers stationed on rooftops and the soldiers deploying in the downtown part and dislodging the doors of residents’ homes while firing tear gas and stun grenades.
Local sources added that the gun-toting soldiers rounded up a Palestinian from the camp.
