GAZA, October 26, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from the war of extermination waged by Israeli occupation forces against the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,555 fatalities and 175,727 injured since October 7, 2023.
Medical sources reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 11 slain people over the past 24 hours—including 8 newly recorded deaths and 3 bodies recovered—along with 35 injured individuals.
The sources indicated that the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 1,559, with 5,608 people injured, while the total number of recovered bodies stands at 845.
It was further noted that many victims remain trapped under the rubble or lying on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
