RAMALLAH, Monday, October 24, 2022 (WAFA) – The Israeli army continued today to close the iron gate at a checkpoint at the main entrance to Nabi Saleh and several other area villages as its bulldozer razed nearby lands, according to local sources.

They said that the army has closed the gate for several days, preventing people from reaching their villages or leaving them while forcing them to look for alternative routes that take double the time to leave or enter the villages.

At the same time, an army bulldozer razed a privately-owned land near the checkpoint, where also an army watchtower is located, apparently to build a military camp in the area, according to the sources.
