GAZA, September 6, 2026 (WAFA) – One Palestinian was killed, and others were injured on Sunday night in an Israeli airstrike targeting Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli drone fired a missile at a group of Palestinians near the Telecommunications intersection in Al-Rimal neighborhood, killing one Palestinian and injuring others. The injured were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital.
Earlier today, medical sources announced that the death toll from Israel’s ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,651, while 174,592 others have been injured since October 7, 2023.
They added that the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire went into effect on October 11 last year has reached 1,344, while 4,481 have been injured and 826 bodies have been recovered.
