QALQILYA, September 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were injured, including two seriously, in an attack by terrorist colonists on Hajja village, east of Qalqilya, on Sunday night, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
PRCS reported that two Palestinians were shot with live ammunition during the colonists’ attack on the village, one in the head and the other in the chest, and said their injuries were very serious. A Seventeen-year-old was also shot in the thigh with live ammunition.
The three were subsequently transferred to a hospital.
The attack comes amid escalating violations by Israeli occupation forces and terrorist colonists against Palestinians, their lands and property.
According to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, Israeli occupation forces and colonists carried out 2,030 attacks during August, including 1,402 by occupation forces and 628 by colonists. The attacks were concentrated in the governorates of Nablus, Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Hebron, Bethlehem, Jenin and Jerusalem.
