NABLUS, Friday, October 21, 2022 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians suffocated today by tear gas fired at them by Israeli forces during clashes that broke out at Huwwara checkpoint to the south of Nablus, according to medical sources.
Forces attacked Palestinians with live fire, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades, casuing several people to suffocate.
Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency and Ambulance Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), said six people suffered from suffocation and were treated at the scene.
