HEBRON, Sunday, October 30, 2022 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces shut down today all the entrances to the city of Hebron and the neighboring towns and villages in the south of the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources.
The occupation forces also raided and searched several homes in the city and the nearby town of Bani Na’im, and at least two Palestinians were arrested during the raids.
The developments come after a Palestinian man, Mohammad Kamal Jabari, in his 30s, was shot dead outside the Israeli settlement of Kiryat Arba, illegally built on Palestinian land to the east of Hebron in the occupied West Bank. A paramedic was also injured by Israeli gunfire shortly after the incident.
PRC said Israeli occupation soldiers opened gunfire at an ambulance of its in the area, injuring paramedic Ahmad Abu Khaled by a live shot in his shoulder.
PRC said its staff were first informed about a Palestinian injured by Israeli gunfire near the Israeli settlement, and that as soon as medics arrived at the scene to help the injured, they came under a gunfire attack by Israeli occupation soldiers present at the scene.
