GAZA, October 22, 2016 (WAFA) – A Palestinian was killed on Saturday when a tunnel collapsed in central Gaza, sources said.
The Palestinian, identified as Anas Abu Lashin, 22, was killed after a tunnel collapsed in al-Maghazi area in central Gaza.
He arrived dead at Deir al-Balah hospital, said the sources.
Hamas said Abu Lashin was a member of its military wing, al-Qassam Brigades.
It said he died when a tunnel collapsed “during preparation,” without giving any further details.
