GAZA, June 16, 2025 (WAFA) – Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported moments ago that at least 20 Palestinians were killed and more than 200 injured — including several in critical condition — after Israeli occupation forces opened direct fire on civilians gathered near an aid distribution center in Rafah, southern Gaza. This is a preliminary toll.

The same sources added that the Red Cross field hospital in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis governorate, also came under fire from Israeli military vehicles, endangering the lives of patients and medical staff.
