RAMALLAH, March 5, 2010 (WAFA)- The Presidency condemned the Israeli occupation Forces (IOF) assault on the worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque esplanade after Friday prayer.
In a statement, the Presidency said IOF is breaking all red lines, to avoid the resumption of the peace process, especially after the Arab Follow up Committee of proximity talks between Palestinians and Israelis.
The statement said that President Mahmoud Abbas is following up the situation in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and in contact with world leaders to stop the Israeli provocations.
The Presidency demanded the U.S. Adminstration to stop “this Israeli adventure” that would lead to holy war. It also demanded the international community to stop the Israeli imprudence that would have unexpected repercussions, not only on the Middle East, but on international peace and security.
