PPS Calls for Saving Life of Aging Prisoner in Nafha Israeli Jail
HEBRON, March 7, 2007, (WAFA)-Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) in Hebron has appealed Saturday to the UN Human Rights Committee and International Red Cross Committee to immediately intervene and save the life of a prisoner in Israeli jails.
In a statement, PPS said Maysarah Abu Hamdiya 60, who received 25 years imprisonment in Nafha Israeli prison is suffering from acute bleeding in his stomach and his health condition is deteriorated.
Abu Hamdiya's family appealed to all HR organizations to intervene and release its son from Israeli jails.
