JERUSALEM, June 9, 2026 (WAFA) – Dozens of colonists stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday, under heavy protection from Israeli police.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that the colonists entered Al-Aqsa Mosque in successive groups, carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals, including mass prostration, amid security measures imposed by Israeli police around the mosque and its entrances.
