NABLUS, October 25, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces continued to hold a passenger bus at the Beit Furik checkpoint east of Nablus on Sunday, after stopping it at 11 p.m. Saturday while it was carrying Palestinians returning from a wedding in the city.
Bus driver Fares Hanani told WAFA that the forces were still holding the bus after closing the checkpoint and threatening anyone who attempted to approach the area.
Several passengers, residents of Beit Furik and Beit Dajan, were suffering from exhaustion, including elderly people and children.
