NABLUS, October 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Saturday attacked Palestinian olive pickers in several areas north of the village of Lubban al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, spraying them with pepper spray and attempting to steal their harvest.
Local sources said colonists from an outpost in the Wadi Yasuf and Wadi al-Shaer areas, between Lubban al-Sharqiya and the town of Salfit, attacked the farmers as they were harvesting olives.
The sources added that colonists from an outpost in nearby Wadi Abwein area, under the protection of Israeli occupation soldiers, forcibly expelled olive pickers from their lands south of the village.
