RAMALLAH, October 25, 2026 (WAFA) – The Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission reported that colonists have carried out 482 attacks targeting the olive harvest across nine West Bank governorates since the start of the season up to today, Sunday.
In an official statement, the commission noted that these attacks spanned from the northern to the southern West Bank, with a heavy concentration in governorates where farmers and olive groves face repeated targeting.
The commission added that the colonists’ actions coincided with restrictive measures by the Israeli military, which severely limited farmers’ access to their lands.
Furthermore, the commission emphasized that targeting the olive harvest has become a recurring tactic to disrupt Palestinian cultivation and undermine their presence, particularly in areas adjacent to colonies and colonial outposts. The statement concluded that these coordinated efforts by the Israeli occupation aim to weaken a vital pillar of national steadfastness and the Palestinians' capacity to remain on their land.
