Occupation forces demolish two structures and a commercial kiosk in town west of Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, June 9, 2026 (WAFA)  – Israeli occupation forces demolished two structures and a commercial kiosk on Tuesday in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem.

The head of Husan village council, Rami Hamamra, told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the village and positioned themselves in the Al-Mashahid area at the western entrance before demolishing a car wash and a mechanic workshop belonging to brothers Abdel-Hab and Ibrahim Abdulaziz Kamel Shousha, in addition to a food kiosk owned by citizen Nader Mustafa Sabateen, on the grounds of lacking permits.

Hamamra noted a recent escalation in Israeli forces’ attacks against residents of Husan, which have included the demolition of buildings and homes, as well as the closure of main and secondary entrances to the village.
