RAMALLAH, January 25, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday detained 11 Palestinians, including an injured teenager, mostly during raids across the West Bank, said Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
Forces reportedly shot and injured a 16-year-old Palestinian teenager with a live round in the leg before detaining him during clashes at the entrance to Beit Einun town, to the south of Hebron. He was reportedly transferred to an Israel hospital in Jerusalem after his detention.
Israeli forces detained two Palestinians; a man and his son, from Bani Naim town, east of Hebron in the southern West Bank.
Meanwhile, forces conducted a predawn raid into al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, ransacking two homes and detaining a Palestinian.
PPS said that two others were detained from the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem.
In Ramallah district, forces rounded up three Palestinians during raids into Kufr Nimeh and Beit Liqya villages, near Ramallah.
PPS said two others were detained from the northern West Bank districts of Qalqilia and Nablus.
