GAZA, September 26, 2026 (WAFA) — The death toll from Israel's ongoing war on the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,016 Palestinians, with 175,068 others injured, since October 7, 2023, according to medical sources.

Local health authorities reported that hospitals across Gaza received seven fatalities and 38 injured Palestinians over the past 48 hours.

They added that the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, has risen to 1,415, while the number of injured has reached 4,953. A total of 834 bodies have also been recovered from under the rubble during the same period.

Meantime, a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and on roads, as ambulance and rescue crews remain unable to reach them.
