RAMALLAH, September 27, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists stormed several homes in the village of Yabroud, east of Ramallah, on Sunday evening, causing material damage and creating a tense and panicked atmosphere among residents.

Local sources told WAFA that a group of colonists stormed several homes in the village, ransacking and destroying their contents and causing material damage. The full extent of the damage is not yet clear.

The sources added that the colonists left the area after the attack, while a state of tension prevails in the village, with residents fearing further attacks.

The village of Yabroud, located east of Ramallah, is subjected to frequent attacks by settlers, amid a rise in colonists' violence in villages and towns throughout the governorate. These attacks include assaults on residents, their property, and agricultural lands.
