RAMALLAH, September 27, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces today tightened their military measures around Ramallah in the occupied West Bank and closed several roads and entrances.

According to local sources, the forces closed the metal gate at the entrance to Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah, in both directions and subjected Palestinians to harassment. They also closed the entrances to the villages of Aboud, Nabi Saleh and Atara to the north, and Al-Taybeh to the east.

The forces also set up military checkpoints at the entrances to Yabrud and Ein Sinya, where they searched Palestinian vehicles and checked passengers' identification cards.

The forces also set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Jaba, disrupting the movement of Palestinians in the area.
