JERUSALEM, Tuesday, March 15, 2022 (WAFA) – Dozens of Israeli activists demonstrated today outside the Israeli Supreme Court in West Jerusalem as it was deliberating expulsion of Palestinians from their homes in eight villages in Masafer Yatta in the south of the occupied West Bank.

The activists carried signs saying “No to forced transfer” and “Save Masafer Yatta”.

Israel’s Supreme Court is deliberating the fate of over 1300 Palestinians living in eight communities in Masafer Yatta. It is supposed to decide whether to stop Israeli state plans to demolish the villages and expel their Palestinian residents from their homes under the pretext that they live in a state-declared firing zone.

The activists want to make sure the Supreme Court says no to the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian residents.
