RAMALLAH, February 18, 2016 (WAFA) – Partially cloudy to cloudy skies are predicted for Thursday, with no significant change in temperature to be higher than annual average by around 11 degrees Celsius, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Winds are easterly to southeasterly moderate to active at times, and sea waves are light.
Partially cloudy to clear skies are expected for Friday, with no significant change in temperatures, remaining higher than annual average by around 11 degrees. Winds are relatively dusty, southwesterly to westerly and moderate to active at times. Sea waves are light to moderate.
A drop in temperatures is expected to prevail on Saturday, yet remaining higher than annual average by around four degrees, and with a little chance for light rain on some areas. Winds are northwesterly to southwesterly and moderate to active at times, while sea waves are light to moderate.
However on Sunday, a low pressure accompanied by a cold front is expected to affect the region. Therefore, temperatures are expected to significantly drop, and heavy rains, accompanied by thunderstorms, are expected to fall over different areas. Sporadic hail fall is expected during the nighttime hours.
