HEBRON, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian citizen was injured Monday evening during a colonists’ attack on the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron, according to a local activist.
Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that colonists from the “Avigayil” outpost, built illegally on Palestinian-owned land east of Yatta, attacked homes in the village of Al-Rakeez under the protection of Israeli forces, assaulting residents and injuring a member of the Al-Amour family with bruises and wounds.
Israeli forces also detained several residents in the village and fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters; however, no additional injuries were reported.
