TULKARM, November 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces carried out explosions on Tuesday evening on the outskirts of Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA that the detonations occurred near the camp's western entrance, sending up thick plumes of smoke. The exact nature and details of the explosions remain unclear due to the tight siege imposed on the area.
Earlier, Israeli occupation forces closed off the area around the destroyed Saif Abu Labdeh roundabout at the camp's western entrance, under the pretext of detonating an explosive device.
Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression against Nur Shams refugee camp for 633 consecutive days. The ongoing aggression has been marked by a tight siege, widespread destruction of public and private infrastructure, and an influx of military reinforcements, while residents continue to be barred from entering the camp.
