BETHLEHEM, November 3, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces and settlers prevented citizens today, Tuesday, from harvesting olives in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem.
Raed Thawabteh, a member of the Beit Fajjar Municipal Council, told our correspondent that occupation forces and settlers stormed the "Wadi Saif" area, southeast of the town, attacked the citizens, and blocked them from reaching their lands to harvest their olive crop—an activity that was part of the national olive harvest campaign.
He added that the occupation forces fired sound grenades and warned the citizens not to approach the area, while settlers seized olive-harvesting equipment belonging to a local resident, Fayez Sabatin.
