NABLUS, November 2, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli forces on Monday evening uprooted olive trees and closed the entrances to the villages of Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya and As-Sawiya, south of Nablus, according to local sources.
Sources stated that occupation forces closed the iron gates installed at the entrances to the two villages, while their bulldozers blocked all the alternative dirt roads that residents attempted to use to enter and leave the villages.
The sources added that Israeli military bulldozers uprooted several olive trees near the joint secondary school serving both villages, which is located on the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus.
