RAMALLAH, May 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday uprooted olive trees in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah.
Local sources said that Israeli bulldozers uprooted several of olive trees near the town's main northern entrance, which has been closed for six months.
Citizen Ayed Ghafri told WAFA that Israeli bulldozers uprooted more than 20 fruitful olive trees and bulldozed barbed wire fences on his family's land near the town's main northern entrance, which has been closed for six months.
It was found that the land is fenced with barbed wire and located between two houses belonging to the Ghafri family, as part of a policy amid at displacing them from their land.
