SALFIT, May 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Tuesday issued a demolition notice to a Palestinian resident, ordering the evacuation of his home located in the eastern part of the town of Kafr ad-Dik, west of Salfit, in preparation for its demolition.
Mahmoud al-Deek, spokesperson for the Kafr ad-Dik Municipality, stated that the family was given a 24-hour notice to vacate the three-story home, which covers an area of 400 square meters.
He noted that the Israeli army continues to carry out demolition operations targeting buildings and structures across various towns and villages in the governorate. Just a day earlier, a three-story house in the town of Bruqin was demolished, along with the foundations of an under-construction home, under the pretext that they were built in Area C—an area that comprises over 60 percent of the occupied West Bank and remains under full Israeli military and administrative control.
