GAZA, Saturday, May 13, 2023 (WAFA) – At least five Palestinians, including three children, were injured in a series of Israeli airstrikes today on the fifth day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, according to local and medical sources.
Israeli warplanes attacked an agricultural land with missiles in the Al-Khezendar area, north of the Strip, injuring two Palestinians. The two were rushed to nearby Indonesian Hospital for medical treatment, and their condition was described as stable.
In Rafah, south of the enclave, three children were injured from shrapnel in an Israeli airstrike which targeted the vicinity of their home. The condition of one the three children was described as critical, and the child had one of his limbs amputated as a result of his critical injury, medical sources said.
Israeli warplanes also attacked an agricultural land in the Al-Shawka neighborhood in Rafah.
Attacks were also reported in the Al-Zaytun neighborhood in Gaza City, the town of Beit Lahiya and the village of Izbat Abd Rabo in the north of the Strip, and in the city of Khan Yunis in the south of the enclave.
The Israeli aggression continues from the air, sea and land for the fifth day in a row, claiming the lives of 33 people and injuring more than 150 others, the majority of whom are children and women, in addition to the massive destruction of property, sites and agricultural lands in the besieged Gaza Strip.
