In a large-scale arrest campaign, Israeli forces detain at least 23 Palestinians from the occupied territories

RAMALLAH, Monday, November 7, 2022 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces today and last night detained at least 23 Palestinians from several areas of the occupied territories following night raids at their family homes, sources confirmed.

In the southern West Bank district of Hebron, soldiers detained 12 Palestinians, including fathers and sons, from various towns and villages.

In the Ramallah area, the forces detained two youths from two different villages after raiding their homes.

Additionally, in the north of the West Bank, the forces detained two minors aged 14 and 16 at their parent's home in the Nablus-area refugee camp of Balata, three Palestinians were detained in the Jenin district, a 17-year-old from Qalqilya was also detained, and a 40-year0-old man was detained in Tubas.

In the Jerusalem area, forces detained a youth at Shufat refugee camp, northeast of Jerusalem, after breaking into his family home, and another one was detained last night at nearby Anata after beating him up, said the sources.

The Palestinian Prisoners Society said Israeli detained more than 6000 Palestinians in the occupied territories since the start of the year and through the end of October.
