JENIN, September 28, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists stole olive harvests from lands in Khirbet Masoud, south of Jenin, on Monday, following similar thefts from lands in the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah.
Local sources told WAFA that colonists stormed the lands of Khirbet Masoud accompanied by agricultural tractors and stole the olive harvest.
Earlier that day, settlers stole olive harvests from lands in the towns of Sinjil and Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah, while colonists also set fire to a vehicle belonging to Ahmad Shahada in the village of Deir Abu Mash'al, northwest of Ramallah.
These attacks coincide with the start of the olive harvest season, during which Palestinian farmers in several areas are subjected to attacks by colonists, including the theft of fruit, the cutting down and burning of trees, and the seizure of crops, in an attempt to prevent farmers from accessing their lands and benefiting from their agricultural season.
