GAZA, September 28, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian woman was killed and several others were injured Monday evening in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the roof of a house belonging to the Mashharawi family, which was sheltering displaced people, on Mashhara Street, east of the Tamraz gas station, north of Gaza City.
Local sources reported that Israeli warplanes bombed the roof of the house, where a number of people were present, resulting in the death of one woman and injuries to several others.
The death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,022, while the total number of injuries has reached 175,980.
Medical sources reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received four bodies and 19 injured people in the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli offensive.
