BETHLEHEM, Sunday, May 29, 2022 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire, one of them seriously, during an Israeli military raid of Dheisha refugee camp in the city of Bethlehem, south of the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources.
Confrontations reportedly erupted in the camp shortly after an Israeli raid in the early morning hours, during which Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition at locals to disperse them.
Three Palestinians were injured in the Israeli raid, including a teenager who was shot in the chest and whose condition was described as critical. The other two wounded sustained injuries in the feet, and their condition was described as stable.
The wounded were rushed to neighboring Beit Jala Hospital for medical treatment.
