BETHLEHEM, Thursday, April 14, 2022 (WAFA) – An 80-year-old elderly Wednesday evening sustained injuries from Israeli military gunfire in his home in al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, according to local sources.
Hussein Salah said that his father, Ibrahim, 80, was sitting on the balcony of his home when the soldiers fired a concussion grenade that struck him in the face.
He added that his father was rushed to Beit Jala governmental hospital for treatment.
The incident occurred when Israeli forces barged their way into the town, leading to protests.
The soldiers opened fire, including tear gas bombs and concussion grenades, causing dozens to suffocate from inhalation.
