JENIN, Thursday, May 20, 2021 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces last night wounded four Palestinians, including a child, during military raids of the villages of Jaba and Araqa in the northern West Bank province of Jenin, according to local sources.
Witnesses told WAFA that an Israeli army force raided the village of Jaba, south of Jenin, where they detained a Palestinian young man after raiding his home in middle of the night, sparking clashes with local youths.
The occupation soldiers fired live bullets at the protesters, injuring three of them, including a child. All of the wounded were evacuated to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The Israeli occupation army also raided the village of Araqa, fueling clashes with local citizens during which a child was shot with live bullets and injured by the attacking soldiers. The occupation army raided the several stores in the village and confiscated the recordings of surveillance cameras.
