HEBRON, September 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces demolished a stone-and-tin home and a residential cave and filled in two water wells on Tuesday in the village of Khirbet Khalla al-Dabaa in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

Anti-settlement activist Jaber Dababseh said Israeli forces demolished a 200-square-meter stone-and-tin home belonging to resident Mohammad Ali Dabbaba, leaving the 14 members of his family without shelter.

The forces also filled in a water well, destroyed electricity and water networks and several plastic water tanks, uprooted 15 trees, and damaged the stone walls and barbed-wire fences surrounding the home.

Israeli forces also demolished a residential cave belonging to Abdullah Dabbaba, which housed six people. They filled in another water well and damaged the stone walls and barbed-wire fences surrounding the property.

Khirbet Khalla al-Dabaa has been subjected to an ongoing campaign of demolitions, during which Israeli forces have destroyed dozens of homes, residential structures and caves. Fourteen caves and several homes have also been issued demolition notices.
