HEBRON, September 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Dozens of Israeli colonists gathered on Tuesday on al-Qadisa Mountain in the town of Sa’ir, northeast of Hebron.
Local sources reported that dozens of colonists arrived by bus under the protection of Israeli forces, climbed to the summit of al-Qadisa Mountain, and raised Israeli flags.
About a month ago, the colonists reportedly set up several mobile homes on Palestinian-owned land and carried out a series of attacks against residents and their homes near the area. Israeli forces have since closed roads leading to the area to protect the settlers, restricting residents’ movement and preventing them from leaving their homes.
