Israeli attorneys Avigdor Feldman and Michael Sfard wrote to Israeli Attorney General Menachem Mazuz a letter, asking him to clearly and unconditionally prohibit assassinations against Palestinians when detention is an alternative, and to prohibit giving advance approval to harming innocent bystanders.
