JERICHO, April 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists cut water pipelines near the Ein al-Auja spring north of Jericho on Tuesday.
Hassan Mleihat, the general supervisor of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that a number of colonists cut the water lines, disrupting the flow of water to agricultural and grazing lands in the area. This has negatively impacted crop irrigation and livestock farming.
This attack comes months after the displacement of Bedouin communities in the Ein al-Auja area and restrictions on access for Palestinian farmers.
