TULKAREM, May 10, 2008, (WAFA)-Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) attacked on Saturday evening a peaceful demonstration and wounded ten citizens, including a journalist in commemoration of the 60th year of al-Nakba in the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
Participants, including international activists raised Palestinian flags and graffiti protesting the construction of the Separation and Expansion Wall on the land of Shofa village, south-east of Tulkarem.
Israeli soldiers opened fire and tear gas at participants and wounded ten of them, including a journalist who was hit with live bullet in his hand.
