Ereikat: PNA Won’t Sign any Accord with Israel not guarantee Releasing All Prisoners
TULKAREM, November 18, 2007 (WAFA)-Head of PLO Negotiation Department, Saeb Ereikat said that there is no agreement or accord signed with the Israeli side in Annapolis before insuring the release of all Palestinian prisoners.
This came during meeting with number of prisoners’ wives sand mothers in the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
Eriekat stressed that any deal or accord with the Israeli side will be rejected unless it includes the reopening of all PNA offices in Jerusalem, removing settlements and withdrawal from the West Bank.
“Israel has always its own criteria concerning the release of prisoners and detainees, the Palestinian side calls always for genuine releasing includes the release of old prisoners, children, women and patients. But Israel always rejects such release and we will never accept as such in the future,†Ereikat said.
