President Recieves BBC Director General
RAMALLAH, April 11, 2007, (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas received Wednesday the BBC Director General, Mr. Mark Thomson, in the Presidential office in Ramallah.
They discussed the issue of the BBC reporter, Alan Johnston, who was kidnapped in Gaza last month.
Thomson expressed his thanks to President Abbas for the efforts he exerts for the release of Johnston.
