NABLUS, April 9, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained a woman and assaulted a man during a raid on the city of Nablus early Thursday morning.
Local and security sources said that several military vehicles stormed the eastern part of the city, including Jerusalem Street, the Schools area, and Balata refugee camp. They raided and searched homes, ransacking their contents, and arrested Ruba Qamhiya from Jerusalem Street.
They also assaulted a man on Schools Street.
The sources added that Israeli forces also raided the villages of Qusra and Awarta, south of Nablus, and Zawata, west of the city, storming and searching homes. No detentions were reported in these villages.
