HEBRON, February 20, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Saturday detained a Palestinian child near al-Ibrahmi mosque in Hebron, as well as summoned a youth from the Ramallah area for interrogation, according to WAFA correspondent.
In Hebron, Armed soldiers detained 13-year-old Karam Atef Qasas, a local from Hebron’s town of Dura, at the entrance of al-Ibrahimi mosque (Cave of the Patriarchs), for alleged knife possession.
Meanwhile, forces raided and wreaked havoc into the home of ex-detainee Yehya Hasan al-Rimawi, in Ramallah’s village of Beit Reema, and handed him a notice to appear before the Israeli intelligence for interrogation.
Clashes reportedly broke out between soldiers and the village locals; soldiers used live ammunition and tear gas canisters against locals, however, no injuries or arrests were reported.
