RAMALLAH, February 20, 2016 (WAFA) – Weather on Saturday is partially cloudy, with a significant drop in temperatures, yet remaining above the seasonal average by almost 4 degrees Celsius. Possible scattered rain showers are expected to fall over some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Winds are northwesterly to southwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium.
A cold front is expected to hit the region on Sunday, becoming cloudy and cold as temperatures further drop. Heavy rain showers, accompanied by occasional thunderstorms and hail, are expected during the evening hours.
The region remains under the affect of the cold front on Monday, remaining relatively cold despite a slight rise in temperatures. Heavy rains, accompanied with thunderstorms and occasional hail showers, are also expected over different areas.
A further rise in temperatures is expected on Tuesday, yet remaining cold with possible scattered rain showers over different areas.
