JENIN, May 31, 2015 (WAFA) –
Israeli authorities on Sunday arrested two Palestinians during two separate
incidents in Jenin and East Jerusalem, according to local sources.
An Israeli army force broke
into the town of Ya’bad, west of Jenin, and arrested Yousef Turkman, 17, after
raiding his house.
The military incursion into
Ya’bad provoked confrontations with local residents; soldiers fired teargas
canisters and stun grenades towards the residents, causing several cases of
suffocation among them due to teargas inhalation.
Meanwhile in Jerusalem, Israeli
police arrested a resident of Ras al-Amoud neighborhood after raiding his home.
The man was identified as Amer Buzalmit, 27, and was led to a nearby detention
center.
