RAMALLAH, May 24, 2015 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is hot and dry with a significant rise in temperature to become above its seasonal average by around 6 to 7 degrees Celsius, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Winds are northwesterly light to moderate and sea waves are low.
No significant change in temperature is expected on Monday and Tuesday.
Hot and dry weather conditions continue to prevail on Wednesday with a further significant rise in temperature to become above its seasonal average by around 12 to 13 degrees Celsius.
Temperature is expected to slightly drop on Thursday, yet remaining above its seasonal average by around 9 to 10 degrees Celsius.
The weather department issued a warning advising against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially in the peak day hours between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
