Prime Minister meets European Council delegation in Ramallah

RAMALLAH, November 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa met on Monday in his office in Ramallah a delegation from the Council of Europe, headed by Member of Parliament Dora Bakoyannis to discuss the latest developments and the evolving situation in Palestine.

Mustafa emphasized that the priority is to solidify the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, facilitate the entry of aid, and intensify emergency relief and recovery efforts, paving the way for comprehensive reconstruction.

He also affirmed that any solution regarding Gaza must be based on the two-state solution, the full jurisdiction of the State of Palestine over the Strip, and the Palestinian people's right to self-determination in their independent state.

The Prime Minister reviewed the developments in the West Bank, highlighting the ongoing attacks by Israeli forces and their daily incursions into Palestinian areas, colonist attacks on Palestinian villages and towns, the continued occupation of refugee camps in the northern West Bank, and the ongoing withholding of Palestinian tax revenues.
