PM Mustafa discusses efforts to end Israeli war on Gaza; advance two-State solution with Danish Foreign Minister

RAMALLAH, September 7, 2025 (WAFA) - Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa discussed on Sunday in Ramallah with Denmark’s Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen intensifying international efforts to end the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza and halt ongoing violations by Israeli occupation forces and settlers in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

The meeting was also attended by Foreign Minister Varsen Aghabekian Shaheen

Prime Minister Mustafa emphasized the urgent need to stop Israel’s violations of international law, including the continued closure of border crossings, the weaponization of starvation in Gaza, and ongoing colonial settlement expansion, annexation plans, and forced displacement in the West Bank, including Jerusalem; as well as Israel’s withholding of Palestinian tax revenues and illegal deductions.

Mustafa praised Denmark’s consistent support for the two-State solution, its endorsement of the New York Conference Declaration, and its continued support for Palestine.

For his part, Foreign Minister Rasmussen affirmed Denmark’s firm support for the two-State solution, ending the war on Gaza, the reopening of crossings, and the unimpeded entry of humanitarian aid.
